How long until it arrives?

Every item is made to order. Give it 3 to 7 business days to print, then 3 to 5 business days to reach you inside the US. So most orders land within 6 to 12 business days of ordering.

If you are buying for a specific date, order at least two weeks out. Holiday season runs slower for everyone.

Do you ship outside the US?

Right now we ship within the United States. If you are outside the US, message us and we will let you know the moment that changes.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. Plain outer packaging with no branding and no visible design. Nobody at the front desk is going to know what is inside. This matters more than people expect, so we made it the default.

Buying it as a surprise gift?

Our designs lean adult and cheeky on purpose. If you are gifting a surprise, take a quick look at the design first so it is the right kind of surprise.

Can I send it straight to someone as a gift?

Yes. Just put their address as the shipping address at checkout. Prices are not printed on anything in the box.

Will the print fade or peel?

The mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. Shirts are direct to garment printed, so wash them inside out on cold and skip the tumble dryer, and the print will hold up well with normal care.

What size shirt should I get?

Every apparel listing has a size chart on the product page with real measurements. Our tees run true to size and are a regular unisex fit. If you want it roomy, size up one.

Can I get a design on a different item?

Sometimes. Message us with the design and what you want it on and we will tell you if it is possible.

My order arrived damaged.

Send us a photo within 30 days and we will replace it. You do not need to send the damaged one back.

Do you take custom or personalized orders?

Not at the moment. We would rather do a small number of designs well than take on custom work we cannot turn around quickly.
