Shipping & Delivery

The short version

Made to order in the US. Roughly 3 to 7 business days to print, then 3 to 5 business days in transit. Most orders arrive within 6 to 12 business days.

Why it is not next day

Nothing here is sitting in a warehouse. Your item does not exist until you order it, and then it gets printed and packed for you specifically. That is a few days slower and considerably less wasteful.

Shipping cost

Flat rate shipping, calculated at checkout. Shipping is free when you order two or more items, which is why most people end up buying a pair.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. If it has been more than 7 business days and you have not seen one, message us and we will chase it. If the carrier marks your package lost, or tracking has not moved for 10 business days past the estimated window, we will send a replacement or refund. No photo needed.

Ordering for a date

Birthdays, anniversaries, Secret Santa. Order at least two weeks ahead. Between late November and the end of December, make it three. Carriers slow down and we would rather you be early than disappointed.

Wrong address

If you catch it within about 1 hour of ordering, message us and we can usually still change it. Once it has gone to print we cannot redirect it.

Outside the US

We currently ship within the United States. If you are elsewhere, message us and we will let you know the moment that changes.
